Despite all the challenges and total *****how unfolding, I will say that I do believe Jorge is genuine and really wants to successfully get through all this. 

If he has a very high success rate and is genuinely interested in seeing you succeed; if you listen to him and others who have been there you will win like them.

This would help everyone feel confident that your reviews come from genuine firsthand experience rather than potentially biased marketing. 

Plus his on air persona is a likable guy who seems to genuinely want to help (maybe he did start off that we, we have no way of knowing).

That approach might not serve the seller well, especially since the goal is to genuinely help them by offering a reliable quick solution.My current thought is to focus on networking and building a solid and extensive buyers list and understanding their ideal investment criteria upfront.

I get the distinct impression that these folks genuinely think that this rather mundane arbitrage program, coupled with forced savings, and placed into a very high cost insurance product wrapper earns 20% ROI when in actuality they’re looking at about 1/3 of that.

I would suggest you be as genuine and natural as possible.
