Looking at the responses on this forum, I appreciated the thoroughness of a few answers and the genuine curiosity of another respondent.

He seemed as transparent and genuine as possible.  

You really have to devote yourself to making it work, and it helps if you have a genuine interest in this business aside from money.

He's an acquired taste but I've read many of his books and maybe I'm a fool, but I believe he is genuine in his commitment and drive for success.

The guy is genuine in his approach and really does help people get across the goal line.

Also consider contacting houses that look vacant, simply door knocking in a neighborhood that you are interested in and talking to the homeowners in a genuine way, For Sale By Owners is another potential, using an App like Nextdoor or Facebook pages/groups related to local real estate and just telling the group what you are looking for, contractors also know about houses coming on the market soon and so do property management companies, and finally garage sales are a good way to find off-market properties as people prepare to sell.To Your Success!

I don't know any excellent neighborhood in America that genuinely likes renters in their neighborhoods.

I know it can depend on the person there are definitely pros who could make huge moves with this kind of capital but what about the average person who’s been inspired by TikTok or YouTube videos?
