@Micah Cook It's not uncommon for investors to scale up their holdings by consolidating their portfolio.

After 12 years in the furnished rental game, I'd say that is a pretty good sample size. 

Common syndicator game of throwing out huge returns when other funds are going under because they want you to only look at that shiny number and not what their past performance has been

I have found enough business and made enough money not to need to expand outside of this market.Section 8 is a whole different ball game but I find the program is unique in that it's a 3-party relationship adding the variable of a government agency.
