These are tough times for agents & brokerages and exp Realty is still leading the way.  

Lendbase was also misinformed of the requirements for agency loans.

That is a first for agents around your area.

Lots of changes lately with everything going on with the NAR lawsuit, many other lawsuits, and the huge uptick in scams not to mention increased risks of personal safety for agents, increased theft at showings and open houses, fake sellers, fake buyers, fake agents, fake landlords stealing security deposits, wire fraud etc. a lot of agents are getting caught up in these things and have a lot of legal liability so brokerages are shifting the way they do business and developing safer protocols.

@Ray Sperle  You might look for agencies in your area who already run group homes to start  getting info. 

I have owned 3 different RE brokerage companies over the past 40 years and that's the stat's for AGents coming in to the business 10% will make a darn nice carrer out of it another 40% will do Ok and keep at it on and off over the years the rest come and go..

As for agents, I have two personal friends that are local agents, so I think I might be good to go.

Everyone forgets, the MLS is a database for agents, for agents to communicate to each other and attract buyers, not for the public.

Instead, you'll have a higher number of unqualified leads... which is great for agents as this is future business... but... it doesn't usually help sell the unit.
