After reading a number of books and blog posts here, BP has convinced me absolutely that House Hacking is THE option I need to be pursuing as a fledgling would-be investor.

Over the course of my RE career, I've been with Weichert, Clear Sailing Realty (my own fledgling brokerage), C21, very briefly with KW (at a truly dysfunctional agency) and finally with EXP.Some of this is dependent more on the broker than the brand, but EXP was far and away the best I worked with. 

So what I am trying to do is take a situation that I noticed out of pure self-interest (finding a parking , into a learning experience of my fledgling real estate investment career.

@Burton Dines, I am going to caveat Cooper's comment: being able to find, finance and close GOOD deals separates successful from fledgling flippers.Financing: ideally you have access to cash.  

I am a fledgling investor only 2 doors so far so I am moving just slowly enough where that time frame works.

Yes, the small size of my fledgling real estate empire makes anything more than an LLC seem like overkill!

I would welcome input on strategies for building my fledgling development business into something sustainable.
