I think I may have just got put onto the wrong company. 

Different PM's are pro's at different niches in Mpls, so need to know what this property is to know who is best fit. 

@Mark Towey I don't "farm" areas personally, it doesn't really fit the niche I'm personally going after, but what I have heard from some major agents in my market lately is that farming is not near as productive as it used to. 

Connecting with an insurance company may be helpful in placing long term tenants in a fully furnished home.  

Also never pay any upfront fees and go with a trusted lender who closes through a title company. 

1st step is to make sure that the electricity is rated for having electric heat by the electric company.
