Hi, I have recently heard about Fellowship Home Loans, does anyone have any experience with them as a lender for their FHA?

I’m finishing up fellowship here and am planning on doing something similar.

The townhouse we are renting is very close to the university, our current tenant is doing a fellowship program at the Med School.  

Only thing I wish is that it included an export feature so I could just download a .csv file, but I was just actually told they're working on that and will have it available in a month or so.I know for sure that at least 2 of my tenants rely on this feature (they pay for rent with a fellowship stipend and need records of where the money goes) so it seems like a good thing to provide.

I matched into a fellowship in Milwaukee that starts July 2019.

It was near my church at the time, Grace Christian Fellowship, very large, and well-maintained for the area.

Another idea is to reach out to her fellowship at church (and visit neighboring churches to determine if they have a seniors outreach program)...Regards,Scott Miller
