I ask because most who write similar posts on BiggerPockets are unable and I am sorry but  "A unique blend of benefits that are favorable for R.E investors who are sole proprietors" sounds like something a  fear mongering asset protection company will tell you before upselling the expensive and unnecessary asset protection product.

Let me give you an analogy using the retail trading world of what I fear real estate could become.

What I fear about that set is what happens when Josh wants to get a new job? 

I needed to prove to myself that it’s possible to go after the larger deals without holding back due to fear or lack of confidence.

At the end of the day, find what drives you and don't let other peoples' fear pull you down.

As for the vacancy I can afford maybe a few months but one of the reasons I haven’t got into real estate is the fear of vacancies and then not having the money to cover expenses.

I want to pursue the case without legal help but I fear she might use my email to double down on harassment claims and go for appeal.Really down atm so please advise :)

Fear and greed determine such markets.

I fear the lawyers will become wealthy over this litigation...Overall, it's an interesting "solution" to the problem of foreign investment in real estate and the lack of adequate housing for the population.
