Building a NetworkNew agents struggle to build a network that can provide them with leads and support.Solution: Attend networking events, join professional organizations, and offer value to others.

The most important thing is to ensure your loan is covered in the event of a loss.  

I obviously can't comment on yours specifically.Go to the local REIA events, get in specifically with the folks doing the syndication thing.

I would recommend that you get out to local meetup events, as that is where you will make the really deep connections to help you get rolling. 

My best advice is to meet your lenders face-to-face at real estate clubs, conferences, or other professional events.
