I've been searching myself for 2 years now and have yet to find one good cold calling company, I've even tried to hire off upwork directly.

Both cities get so much negativity, you can even see it on here, so I'm happy anytime either city has some success.  

I have not gotten anyone to complete the prequalification form even with all the people that have asked about its availability.

While I will still lose money on it in the long run, I'm at least breaking even on it monthly and no longer have the headache of it. 

Popular markets near us appear to be the hudson valley, adirondacks, finger lakes (although it seems STR's are under fire there), and even the cape cod area as we have vacationed there a lot and know the area fairly well.   

The word arbitrage was not even being used then to my knowledge. 

Not exactly earth-shattering.The bigger question is, why are you setting up an LLC before you even have anything to protect?

I've seen many REI have a ton of equity, but can't pay their bills, and lose a lot of it, or even go bankrupt. 

You're trying hard to get that 3rd night even.
