Seems to me most of these people ran away when the "affiliate" program was mentioned (you make a commission if you sell the education).

I get annoyed with the guru-motivational speaking-hustler types that give you half an answer and make you pay for the next half, any guru that promotes a cruise ship seminar or bootcamp for thousands of dollars, guru's who don't actually invest in real estate for their main source of income, guru's who are regurgitating the same material and selling each other's stuff through affiliate programs, and such.I would follow my mentor's guidance and direction, master it, then conquer the world.If I made $20k a month then I would position myself as owner, not owner operator.

I remember asking them both if they would like to participate in my affiliate program, to earn money on what their students bought, and both said NO.

As someone who sells a product I have an affiliate program which compensates those who refers me business.

The allure is really the bars so the comment about parties is accurate - but there are already so many properties that cater to bachelor/ette groups... paired with the fact that big events like Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Open are going to look a lot different in 2021, I just don't know.
