I envision a venture that operates with a startup mindset, allowing for nimble operations, yet leveraging my corporate experience to scale effectively without the need for managing hundreds or thousands of employees.

But I truly believe, after expansive research, insight, connections and facts, that it's not in any way shape or form an MLM but instead exactly as it has broadcast itself as a completely new reengineered envisioning of what a Real Estate brokerage should, and needs to be, for this age and the future. 

I was envisioning some dude with expensive bespoke suits, gold watches and driving around in a Rolls Royce but he was super chill and down to earth. 

When  need to ask themselves hard questions about whether they will do what it takes to reach the level of success they envision and also be realistic about what strategies they are implementing to achieve their level of success. 

The best part was that they included real-world stories of people who had used the different options, and it was easier to envision the downsides of each corporation.

It's not just about numbers; it's about the families who envision a brighter future within the walls of their new abode.

Separate from the lack of necessary information, I'm not aware of any market in this country that can support the costs of ground up construction, particularly in the scale you are envisioning  where 2 bedroom units are renting for $1400 without significant subsidies.

The ability to envision the transformation of the oversized garage into livable space added significant value to the property.Financing: Using a 10% second home loan is a smart way to finance a property that you plan to use partially for personal enjoyment and partially for investment purposes.

Envision 10 years  out and your cheap OOS is still performing well meaning it is still producing inflation adjusted cash flow equivalent of a few hundred dollars and has appreciated near the inflation rate (this would be a good performing unit) and compare that to what you would expect a San Diego property to have produced.  

I think it’d be really cool to take a piece of land, envision a development and make the vision come to life.
