I'm quite sure you will be in a great place to start investing when you sign that attending cheque with an enormous sign-on bonus.  

Landfills and those enormous overhead electrical wire distribution towers both carry risks in many people's minds.

Fast forward a few months, and they have non-paying tenants who are wrecking the place, and a MIA property manager who (understandably) won't put in the ENORMOUS amount of effort required to manage a property in a C or D area for a small-time client from another state.

Purchased at a foreclosure auction, the pinnacle of our unbridled acquisition was a double A-frame home sitting cantilevered in a pond with an enormous homemade infinity pool.

When you go to sell the house with unpermitted renovations, you can lose an enormous amount of value and deals when you market it as 2 full baths and then the town makes you pull the basement bath and the contractor can't get it permitted later.

How can you expect someone to trust you with this enormous asset/purchase without having any experience? 

Incorrect about so much it would take an enormous amount of time to explain all the ways you are incorrect.

However this direction would add a much higher value to the property.Personally I do think there is great appeal to the idea of being mobile, low footprint, minimalist living combined with affordable housing - especially for the millennial crowd who are saddled with enormous student loan debt and earning lower wages than the generation before them.
