Outside of that in smaller municipalities that are closer to me in New England we're seeing a delayed tax and ordinance response to what's largely viewed as a negative impact to neighborhoods and community. 

That said, I figured our first property could be our primary residence in Orlando, FL (we currently live/rent in New England).

The largest town has about 9,000 people and does have a Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Applebees, and a 99 Restaurant which is New Englands version of Chilis.

There’s about 8 communities in my primary target area in New England and they’re all considered to be extremely hot real estate markets.

The Bank of England has done a poorer job of controlling inflation, but there WILL be a change of Prime Minister (from Conservative to Labour), and this could mean a new inflation target and probably a new Bank of England Governor (Equivalent to Powell).
