My background is in marketing, e-commerce automation, and youtube automation.

And if you want it you can create it in an hour for a few bucks.Maybe this STR is the outlier, but for most STR's the "business" is not like buying an e-commerce site or a photography business. 

@Alex Rand - I dont have zero experience in commercial, only residential, so maybe you should not listen to me at all...That said, with the ever expanding to e-commerce, the traditional retail has been and will continue to shrink, meaning the demand for retail space has been reducing and will continue to reduce....I would not get too greedy here....

One's a Corp that does ecommerce among other things and the other is an LLC that deals with my SFR rentals.

I haven't gotten a property yet but I think the situation will help me a lot in the end- I was able to finish putting together an ecommerce store/side hustle with my friend, should be up and running next week- And I have been able to buy stocks for about 30% less than they were a month ago and I plan on buying more as we ride this out

As Covid-19 continues to overhang the global economic future, it has sped up the consolidation and closing of the retail market that e-commerce had already started.

And if the Canadian retailer sells via ecommerce in the US, are the US ecommerce revenues considered part of the US sub?
