They filed multiple bankruptcies without following through on every eve of my trial date.

My wife and I moved here from Seattle on New Year's Eve last year.

I am sure I can learn a lot from eve ones take on the area.

On Thursday (the day before New Years Eve), they told us they realized it was a house converted into units and said that while they will finance to us, they won't finance to us on that property.

New Years Eve is a pretty meaningless day, so we do it on a day that's actually important to us.

Hello Bigger Pockets Family My name is Primrose but a majority call me by my middle name - Eve- and I was introduced to BP about 3 years ago when I was a recent college grad by a very sweet woman I met at my sister’s wedding.

New roof and car port, all new water pipes, dry basement work, clean out of junk left, painting,  new appliances, siding replaced in eves and rain gutters added, new lights in some rooms, new floors in 1/2 the house, new HVAC. 

Make sure the roof overhangs the eves by 10-12" so water runs off onto the ground and not down the side of the home.
