Ditch the window, patch the siding and put in a bright LED fan/light on a dimer. 

They continue to do very well.I did just ditch one that I bought in 2022 that I decided was a poor choice and the $$ could be better deployed elsewhere.  

Question 3: “Hybrid or Remote”: We used to have a really nice office, then COVID taught us that if we ditch the office and go 100% remote, we could use that saved overhead to lower our rates to make our MLOs more productive and pay out more to the MLO.

I am leaning towards and would like to retire early and eventually rely on passive streams/investments and ditch my 9-5 within a few years.

I went from having two agents to ditching them and work with the listing agent directly in the houses I've bought.

Was a ditch with a natural flow. 

This is a cash deal and proof of funds is needed by this Friday, Feb 9, so this is just a last ditch effort or at least a way to learn more for next time.  

The contractor filled it back up with dirt but notified me we cannot re - asphalt that part of the driveway till the weather gets better and the soil settles.Tenant told me that the dirt was settling down a bit creating a slight ditch .I asked for pictures and but they never sent .Then two days later at midnight their car got stuck in the ditch and now they are saying they are going to be  late on rent since car cost $750 to get towed out . 

Just to state my main question: Should I ditch the bunk bed idea and move forward with the other setup I posted above?
