Don't slug your way through it and think that having done so means you can dispense with hiring a lawyer if you are going to deal in financing and notes, because that would be stupid.

@Bryan Otteson I addressed that risk with the "...unless state law limits your actions..." and "...again, exception being if it changes your legal ability to evict" statements.I absolutely love this BP forum but there seems to be a huge tendency for folks to dispense advice based on their state specific laws as if they were the same nationwide.  

If there were a better way of dispensing it then the product would probably be more effective.That being said, I've seen the difference and the results from companies like Lawn Dr and there is no comparison.

Would probably work best with 20 plus units.4) adding a laundry soap dispenser in the laundry room.
