Does anyone have any info on how can a 2nd lien against a property be removed when it got discharged in a bankruptcy chapter 7 when strip offs were permitted by bankruptcy law and discharege says assignemnt of mortgage/lien shall be deemed void and extinguished because property value was underwater and was zero?

@Michael Ohman If you served in the Army and were honorably discharged you should definitely be able to use the VA Loan or the USDVA Loan my friend.....you earned it....whether you are still actvie duty....or not......you simply need to live in the property that you purchase with those two particular type of loans

Thank you Chris, and I must admit that I was not aware that medical bills were treated differently . sadly, I lost everything , house, truck, and had to file BR in chapter seven which is discharged but being self employed puts me at thevbottom of the food chain for now.
