My concern is that a lot of younger, inexperienced and unsophisticated folks get fooled into believing that their hard earned money is going to "buy" property in these kinds of arrangements (i.e. believing they are not "throwing money away on rent") whereas throwing their money away on rent + even more money should the option fail is a better description of what is actually happening.

I love it here because there are still positive cashflowing deals and lots of appreciation potential due to the strong job market, growing population, and major companies setting up shop here like Intel, Meta, Amazon, etc.

Granite, I know CA tends to see a lot of this; more than likely due to a lot of people owning Solar.My question is the owner that has a lien status associated to this Lien description (Notice of an Independent Solar Energy Producer Contract), is this a standard practice of just owning Solar (thus wasting time prospecting these individuals) or does this simply mean they (the solar company) took out a lien against the owner because the solar company is trying to collect their money.
