The decor was probably bought second hand when they opened decades ago, but their food is delicious and it has a great small town atmosphere and some round tables that multiple people can talk around. 

The locals, for example, take great pride in local flavor.

Popcorn lung was associated with the diacetyl in butter flavoring in a factory where workers inhaled the particulate over a period of time.

We had vacation planned for Asheville in the fall (cycling the mountains and drinking delicious beer) until that stupid hurricane came through!  

Other than that, the salmon and crab are delicious.

working so many hours at a software company and not spending enough time with my delicious two girls lead to realize I have to generate passive income if I want to control my time.

And yes, we also have some delicious sweet corn if you ever visit. 

Cafe Poca Cosa is a little pricier, but the menu changes twice a day and the chef whips up some delicious Mexican dishes. 

I believe BP serves the Kool-Aid in several different flavors.

They also tend to have the stuff that comes out of houses in the neighborhood around them - for a 1920s house, shop the one that's closer to the 1920s neighborhoods.One thing I think I know about vinyl windows is that they come in both "new construction" and "remodeling" flavors.
