Some areas have held up pretty well but it's tough to say if that will continue when there are some really good deals in other areas that have been decimated in value.Also a couple of communities seem to have taken a recent hit in value with the uncertainty of once proposed area entertainment and shopping centers of ever being built...For Investment purposes, there are areas in Las Vegas that easily cash flow.However, the job market is not that good and the tourism numbers are showing no signs of improvement.
