You could use a combination of the move out inspection from the previous tenant and listing photos.

But you can elect to make a "grouping election" to combine your properties to form a group so that you just have to materially participate in the group rather than each property.  

Though DSCR gives you a better picture of how the property is projected to perform vs debt service, you can't rely solely on one measure to make a purchase decision.

Also seek out a Super Mercado or large Asian store.You can’t combine Organic with inexpensive.
