To get started, if you are in that 35k - 50k capital starting range, you need a nice cookie cutter deal for a few reasons. 

I also have purchased some tools that I thought he would have, such as chain saw, tile cutter, etc.   

But unless you know and understand the reasoning behind it, and are sure the reasoning applies to you, opening up all these LLCs because "everybody does that" or "that's what my real estate bible told me to do" is a pretty silly way to run a business.Taxes and, I assume, legal issues, are never cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all issues. 

It's got a large cost per night and our target demographic isn't "cookie cutter" like most listings. 

Or they may be too crowded and unpleasant to drive big rigs through.

There is no cookie-cutter method to MF Investing.

That's how I did it.I'm not sure how old your kids are but...When I was in 9th grade, I was working hard as a diamond cutter and wanted to establish credit because I had learned this is how this country operates.

Aloha Chance,  I often say "meet people where they are at" which means you can't use a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach. 

I have not done a lot of research yet, but I imagine that others in town are begining to wonder about their options as well.Being creative and building are the parts that I'm passionate about, so I'm not interested in cookie cutter designs or paying others to do what I consider to be the fun part.

There's no high paying jobs there yes, but in a way the huge lots allowing for 1-2 big rig trucks encouraging the trucker lifestyle does.
