We currently live in Houston, TX but we will be relocating to the Seattle/Bellevue area this summer for work.

I'm going to exclude my personal residence from this because I don't view this as an investment, I need a place to live.Excluding my primary residence my current breakdown is 47% real estate 53% stocks/cash. 

There's currently a website set up to get information from customers that have had this contract "sleight of hand" done to them. 

Hi Geoff,In my opinion, keeping your current home as a rental property could be a smart move.

I am currently working on phase 2; building 2 ADUs.The permits are already in the works but the biggest question is what is the best approach when funding these 2 ADUs BEFORE I have the equity from my home?

Here’s a bit of background on my current situation:I own one rental property that generates $1,900 per month in rental income, and it is paid off ($300K).My primary residence is also paid off ($288K).I’m currently building another rental property with cash ($200K).

I understand that the average household net-adjusted disposable income per capita is USD 20 519 a year.

Would I go to the current owners bank to see if they would allow a subject to loan? 

I own my current primary residence & have about 140K in equity.
