the logo is a spinoff from a previous logo we created - for a personalized poster design company that my twin brother and i established a few years ago fresh out of college - we like to enjoy what we do so create logos and designs that embody our creative spirits.we are working on branding our image while we float into different ventures, Blowfish Properties is the real estate arm (or should i say fin)ha...crickets chirping...

Top notch as usual.I figured if I got nothing but crickets it could mean Springfield is such a great market that nobody wanted to share it with me.

I’m surprised to see *crickets* on this one, as there are many outspoken proponents of both methods: leaving all cash in will increase your cash flow but has “sunk” equity with a slow velocity and return, while leverage will give you a better return on investment.  

Crickets....crickets. 

That was almost 2 weeks ago and crickets.

You can do some things to try and help the % in your favor but there are tons of things out of your controlI see quite a few people posting that have made it big with appreciation...... what I don't see is the people that lost their *** in 2008 when they jumped in at the top,  counting on the continued appreciation and it didn't happen.....and even worse the value dropped like a hot rock......lots of them but still crickets.....Can you make big $$ doing this?....

No mention of permits, I then press about the permits and crickets for the last month.

Home is generally in good condition with some minor rehabbing... but, I don't get why I'm hearing crickets.
