If there is no difference between Carrot and WordPress when it comes to SEO and ranking on GOOGLE then it might make sense to go with WordPress for a long-term play. 

Saturation is definitely upon us but quality product continues to get booked just like other markets.

My question is, what is best way to scale and continue buying properties without depleting all of my money?  

I am looking to connect with the investors there as the promotors are continuing to take Asset Management fees to the tune of $450K a year (on top of PM fees) even when their payout to the investors is around $20K a quarter (not meeting preferred) and the overall fund is negative about $450K.

It is an appreciation play right now.

So back to the drawing board, but for myself the big takeaway is to continue on the course that I set out on and too continually learn and stay involved with goals that I set out on and to stay focused.

I am going to continue to analyze the market until I am absolutely ready to buy with ample reserves and more specific analysis on comparable properties.

It could have been the tenants of the house right next to my property continuing to flush things they should not have despite lots of warnings from the city, and they moved out a little over a year ago.

I plan to continue holding onto this property.
