I want to preface this by saying I'm an absolute newbie when it comes to real estate investing, but the more books and resources I consume, the more I find myself gravitating towards commercial real estate, specifically hotels!

Playing sports isn't forever and I know a 9-5 isn't for me, I am very much desiring to get ahead and learn how to build wealth from all those smarter than me! 

The amount of reading and information you have to consume to sit for the exam is bonkers. 

As a few have mentioned, the best way would be to call the listing agents directly, but depending on how much time you want to dedicate, setting and going on multiple appointments with different people could prove to be time-consuming. 

But after nearly three months with no full payment, I feel like I need to take action.I recently told the wife (who I know works hard to support the family):“The last thing I want to do is evict you and leave you stranded, as that will stay on your record forever.
