Some people make 4x the rent but squander their income on eating out, drinking, car payments, etc.

And eat great food.The Homeless are at the beach all day long - everyday, and don't have to pay property taxes.

I have 29 of them and rarely have any turnovers which are a pain and eat up profits.

Eats up time and money getting rid of a bad tenant (not to mention possible property damage). 

While the RentRedi's loaded with various toggles/buttons and affordable given the all-you-can-eat pricing, the interface is still very elementary and lacking in usability/design, which is often overlooked as a key determinant of whether your team actually adopts and fully leverages powerful management solutions like these.

They would offer a more hands free approach, but eat up the profit in return.
