I been leaving here paying rent to Rafael Johnson..they gave us a 3 days notice I'm so confuse..I need to speak whit some one about this property.like I been here 2 years paying Rafael johnson.and I have 2 kids

Unfortunately, I see many HML marketing where they portray themselves as a PML (whether purposely or not) confuses newbies... 

So naturally she is confused (I read this by coincidence). 

Hello @Carl Reza,There is a lot of confusing information on different real estate websites.

I have a title report from my lawyer, but it is somewhat confusing as the land has been subdivided (it started as 9 acres and is now 1.5) and has quite a few transactions - including to the county (I.e allowing the county to build a road).

I'd like to understand @Devin James, from the domestic developer mind of things; If there stands a confusion, lack of comprehension on how to address housing compilation in a given region, city, MSA etc., why not look to Europe?

So you could form a partnership but it would not be allowed to purchase the property, so you will not be fully protected legallyThanks for clarifying that they're not a first time buyer program, I am not sure why I had that confused.
