.  :-) Correct....and even selling, as long as you are honest in the representing the property, and not intentionally concealing a known defect, you'll be totally fine.

It was him concealing things on the sellers disclosure.

Not sure if it is able to be concealed from the town or not, but not a bad suggestion.  

I'm not sure of if this is the right forum to post in or not, but I know if this property was to be purchased it would need to be demolished in order to conceal that a person died on this land.I found this yesterday while driving for dollars, I noticed that it was in distress it had an eerie type look and vibe emanating from it.

A double close would be the better option there to conceal the amount of profit you're making.

Now we have to add an unplanned closet and chase to conceal the duct.

If you deceive, mislead, lie to, "use finesse" , or conceal information from somebody you are trying to do business with (or anyone else in life, for that matter) - Don't expect honesty from them.

From other reading I've done, I know that many businesses feel there is an advantage to registering their LLC initially in Delaware or Nevada for purposes of helping to conceal ownership as well as Delaware's structure for handling business litigation matters. 

You can talk about this is how we will  manage the property and not use ownership language all the time but concealing ownership just doesn't work in some environments.
