In solar sales (door to door) the setters typically make about this same range.Most companies in the house flipping world seem to buy lists online or run basic skip traces of areas and send lists to VAs to setup calls with the owner of the company.   

Always good to know of other companies who provide products and services!

Does anyone have a company they recommend for HELOCs?

Could call the title company or transaction coordinator to validate.   

I run a PM company in central CT called Ironclad Property Management. 

That being said, all of these lead-generating companies do the same thing and often use the same data to source contact information.
