Do you get nervous about the long-term commitment of a 14- to 16-month lease?

My last offering was has been a real challenge and Matt has stuck with it for over a year.Never swaying from his commitment to me and my success.You need to be willing to take his advice and work hard but his stuff works.I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who is serious about raising private money.

I feel they committed fraud by telling us it was a cash deal, had $300,000 in funds, & when I saw the contract it stated we were only getting 179,000 on a 190,000 escrow & the SOW estimate came in at $65,000 and they’d only fund $40,000 of that! 

Approving an application typically means the tenant meets your criteria and is a good fit, but it doesn’t have to be a final commitment to rent.

As a matter of fact, far too many these days don't write contracts or stick to their price commitments after the project is well underway. 

I have done some research, but I’ve found that many mentors and coaches are asking for significant fees, which feels like a large financial commitment, especially as a newcomer to real estate investing.

Using a relative or friends address to claim you live there when you actually don't is committing fraud. 

After several hearings, we reached an agreement: both parties agreed that if the tenants applied for government assistance to cover the overdue rent and committed to paying rent on time going forward, the eviction process would end.

Instead of just addressing the violation, they framed it as wanting to fully understand the requirements because they value the area and are committed to following the guidelines.
