March is filling up fast, and Apr/May/June are looking on track to be very full months too.From the guard gate, it's really only five miles to The Island / Kroger / mountain coasters.

I would venture to guess there aren't a lot of BP family here that doesn't like to ride roller coasters.

If you were an east or west coaster who is priced out of your local market then you would be looking at turnkeys form your own state

We have a widowed female that could be a emotional roller coaster. 

Jay has mentioned many times these same homes can be sold over and over again to the West Coasters.

Agreed with @Ali Booneriding the stock market roll coaster is never fun however its good you are seeking other alternatives 

It sure is interesting, don't know if we will find out any other details.I guess we are just happy our offer was legitimate and accepted.Roller Coaster Ride was no extra charge.But honestly, it makes things difficult if you are doing what you can to obtain housing and your offers aren't properly considered, we had no idea what was going to happen the second time around. 

I typically invested in the stock market 10k a year and after so many years of the roller coaster I decided that instead I would invest in single family homes, duplexes and triplexes using my yearly stock market money and cashflow from rentals.I only post because I had to walk away from the deal because it didn't fit the plan I set up and being new to the game I feel until I get x amount of units under my wing and more expericance that I should stick to the plan.I have had a lot of friends make good money flipping and I have some who worked there butts off for 14 cents an hour.

Reading all these posts is like being on a roller coaster.
