I'm new to having an STR and dynamic pricing tools and just tried a Price Labs free trial for a few days.

They've really helped with horders, growers, labs etc. 

Price labs also has a market analysis tool you can utilize that has been a little bit better.

Has anyone used guesty for hosts smart pricing and price labs?

I own a pool at my house and once a pool water gets out of wack it can take multiple days to get it clear again.The 2x per week price seems pretty reasonable for that peace of mind.I bought a gizmo that will constantly monitor pool chemistry and send me alerts if things get out of whack.

Then if the numbers look good there, then I'll decide if it's worth it to pull actual comps from Price Labs.
