What was that challenge like?

Insurance was a huge challenge, but BiBerk (a Berkshire Hathaway company) was willing to write a policy for us. 

At death, the property gets a stepped up basis.  

However, even issuing a five-day notice can be an important step before filing.

Market Fluctuations: The rental market can fluctuate, and there could be times when finding good tenants is more challenging.3.

Anything else tends to be major challenge with SFR.
