Unless with this caveat It was going to be my Business focus and I was going to become very good at it and do it basically full time.Exact same thoughts I have for owning C and D class rentals one needs to jump in with both feet to be successful at that arm chair investing in these asset class's leads to a lot of lost money.

And in the case of the company we are talking about here its the opposite they describe these the complete opposite I know you won't look at their marketing but I just about fell out of my chair the few minutes I watched it.. unbelievable  but that's their opinion I guess but its not in any way shape or form based in reality of the asset at least in my 20 years of working with them.
