I fall into the badly camp (so far until the property stabilizes after 2 to 3 years),  lots of repair issues.

They can go get a camping tent shower if they want, it is august. 

., which is the closest I can to Camp Pendleton, where I am stationed.

Even then I would be hesitant because people camp with RV's/tents at Oklahoma state parks before they would get an Airbnb. 

You cant camp out in the forest.

I'm in the "Airbnb has this one figured out camp" with @Kevin Lefeuvre but I hadn't thought of the damage waiver concept @Valerie Rogers is doing, that's interesting! 

And you mentioned it's zoned residential, well a camp site is not a residential use, so now we have zoning to get through for use variance maybe. 

All most famous ''gurus'' that I know own ministorages and very few own sf, because they understand where they make more $ and spend less time.I attended a boot camp 3 years ago about mini storages in Indianapolis, it was a very good course.
