When they run a report on you, you need to know what on it before they do.To understand how these behemoth credit agencies came to life, I'll share background on them.The credit bureaus themselves have interesting histories.

Since I have 'a report' that contains the three reported credit scores (the document is from a lender who pulled my credit and not the credit bureaus themselves) from an initial pre-qualification screening, I'm assuming that I can just use these when approaching other lenders for their own reference in getting pre-qualified?

They are a little more lenient with a lease application and the lease is reported to credit bureaus..There are many other ways as well...

And they specifically said they would not make any negative reports to the credit bureaus during that time.

However the amount that is reported every month to the credit bureaus is the amount on your bill.  

The problem is that the process takes extra steps and tax claim bureaus typically don't --- or won't care to --- take the correct steps to discharge it.

The court is of little help in such situations since if tenant does not provide forwarding address, the court will not process a complaint. as a Landlord i am desperately searching for a way or a method outside of traditional credit bureaus to verify and screen such tenants.

You can get a free report from each of the bureaus and check and see what is being reported.Bottom line, it is likely that the full amount and payment is begin reported as being owed by each that have signed.

They stopped all communication with me a week after moving out (which was about 4 months ago) until I sent them an email saying I was going to place a judgement via small claims court and report them to the credit bureaus.
