Hi,I appreciate the information, in order to access the MLS I need to be in contact with a MLS agent or can I browse myself?

My listing is consistently ranking high (according to RankBreeze and just browsing on Airbnb) and consistently getting booked for almost the entire month, every month since the PM has been hired.

I always click the hotels/motels box when browsing the MLS for commercial anyway.   

BP used to just have a list of lenders you could click on to start browsing based on your state.

Again, some of these more "professional mentors" are the face and when you are in their program, they have their "team" interface with you day in and day out.  

My husband does most of the management of my properties and interfacing with our tenants, but he is not on the title and so isn't an owner.

Because my son is also super involved with our properties, I wanted a seamless interface for him to be able to use. 

I have been browsing the site for the last few hours and checking out some of the forums.

I just feel like you have to take every claim with a grain of salt...I used propstream for a year, and I probably will sign up again soon... was intrigued by PIN and the flashier interface, but not excited about the upfront cost...
