Ray Alcorn's book is awesome IMO.  

He said he's sold more than 8 million copies, but very few people know of him in the U.S.He challenged me to write a Happy Money book, and I'm in the process of finishing Happy Money Happy Family Happy Legacy.His book is very thought provoking, and makes you think about money in a different lightGino

I am not saying the book is not worth reading.. 

In the meantime I read every book I could find on commercial real estate; attended every commercial real estate meeting in the Houston area, and spoke to numerous commercial brokers.

Have no idea what course or book is going to do that.

-ordered every book I could off the site.

I even had a buyer lined up for the place as well for when the repairs / renovations were atleast 50% or more done.Also forgot to mention that their own system often has wrong or outdated info on the properties as well.As you can see I could go on but I dont think a book is needed haha, but this should give a good exampleSorry for the long post and poor formatting on it
