Fingers crossed our Covid numbers don't blow up again.

I'm very excited about both of those projects as it shows the government is investing heavily into the area and it gives me confidence that they will have the violence under control.On that note, the architecture down there is blowing my mind!

Otherwise, this is just blowing off steam.  

(which blows my mind how many people think that if they take equity from a property they do not view that as borrowing)...  

If you can get over the mental thought that you "gave away" 60% and look at the math, what the math does, I think it will blow your mind.

Many buyers look at houses at the very top of their budget, and therefore the solar lease can blow their approval even if they would have gladly assumed the terms into their name.Additionally, paid off solar can really only add value to a house in markets where it is the norm to have paid-off solar AND houses that sell for more because of it. 

While it's not completely unusual for deals to die at the table, if enough happen in a row you generally need to look in the mirror - what is your role in blowing up the deal?

But why blow 15k on his bootcamp when instead you can spend 1k for someone else's, get the same knowledge and network, and buy a 14k note?

If you violate any of these rules you could blow up your IRA or 401k and the IRS could force you to distribute all of the assets in the IRA or 401k.

I have not taken his training but have spoken with him several times about overall real estate investing and he is a realist and does not blow sunshine where you know some people blow it.
