The landlord could offer to mow the lawn and shovel the walk, while making the tenant responsible for repairing or replacing the washing machine.Landlords and tenants need to confirm what is required within their written agreement.

We happened to already have an RV hookup with power/water/sewer, plus a small bathroom building nearby that's about 10x10 split in half, one side with a toilet/sink/shower and the other with a washing machine. 

An electric dryer will run up the bill of that unit quickly , where a washing machine wont nearly as much . 

it's still a bad investment, but not aweful

I don't see how someone can wash a full load without having the other side to rinse in.

At the end of the day (from what I understand) it is a wash anyway. 

His story was, he failed in business 2 times and figured it out on the 3rd go around. 3billion later i got to take a picture with him.I also failed 2 times.

Or wash roofs.
