I just had a water claim that has ballooned into something MUCH bigger.I'm a Ham Radio operator and paid a professional installer $4,600 to put a multi-thousand dollar antenna up for me.

Wondering if anyone only offers Netflix and such with an antenna to pick up local stations?

Look up the difference between general and specific liens (basic RE again).In radar talk, the "main bang" is the location of the antenna, that lender's radar will be showing that mortgage at the main bang, it's hot on their radar.

My concerns may be totally unjustified in this case, but for some reason the way it is described here raises my antenna.

One thing it doesn't mention is that if you wholesale with a license and it "legally", your going to have to do full disclosure to people that youre licensed (which could raise antennae), and even bigger still you'll have to give your broker his/her split from wholesaling.  

My risk antenna goes up, and too many bad things can happen in a perfect storm of crap for my liking.

Our tv's are not even connected to antennas.

I got an antenna for local channels but haven't installed it yet.
