You can't charge for the service animal dog and the cat could easily become an ESA. 

That being said, you cannot ban all animals, because you cannot ban service animals from the property.

Businessmen are predators, they are jungle animals, and bigger the size of the business the more they act like predators.

You cannot deny them because you don't want an animal on the property.

Can I require additional deposit to cover the accidents this animal is going to make?

I love it, but holy crap man those people are savage animals.

If the tenant has a support animal, how to verify the validity of it?

It supports the local wolf population and other animals but not people.
