Hey Bugger Pockets Community,I just finished reading Brandon Turner's book on investing with little to no money down (amazing book btw) and I am interested in knowing what are people's experience with MLO's and seller financing.

It is an amazing city with great people and plenty of opportunities in the real estate space.

It's not super amazing returns, but at the same time - it seems like a fairly low risk investment with Ann Arbor's large student body and continued demand for off campus living. 

There are some hyper specific forums on here as well for everything under the sun, and tons of amazing articles.

I don't mean to suggest $200 a month in cashflow is a bad return its actually amazing, but the expectations should be clear and understood in my experience.  

I've paid my dues in multiple different programs through the years and I've had some amazing experiences as a result and some not so good ones.

It is a pretty amazing place, plus the lot looks decently sized.What I would do first is get with Amarillo College which is right there.
