I think Zillow just wants to make money, take a cut where they can to pay themselves for running the most popular real estate site in the country.

This has put a cut on our cashflow and we have had some major expenses, like a new roof,  water heater, bathroom remodel, and kitchen remodel all done at the 3 bed house.

As I also give the agent not only their commish but a cut of the profit..

I don't earn a commission from marketing or recommending investments, don't earn a cut of any of the money invested by our club.

I suspect that this lady may be involved in the scam and then takes a cut of any money wired to the supposed lender. 

You know, like you just need a sledgehammer, a cute demo day outfit, and a dramatic reveal at the end.

This does take time to address these issues but if if a PM is taking a cut, he or she should do what they can to prevent unnecessary service calls - isn't that what you are paying them to do? 

It’s not acute, housing supply is now a chronic issue.

Are they taking a cut of the increase in sales price or are they just marking up their renovation services and charging for those?

To get to the bottom of it, I found a cute community in Princeton Dallas and I need your guys' advices to confirm if im on the right track and if this small town is indeed a great option for a starting investor and has a great potential in rental cash flow and home appreciation.
