My mother had small apartment houses; 4 or 5 units per house (Old carved-up Victorians). 

I plan to hold it for quite a while but the interesting part about this is it is an old victorian near downtown St Paul that was converted to a duplex.

My median home built date is probably 1965, give or take.I do love lending on the gorgeous painted lady 1890s Victorian multi-unit conversions.

The house itself is an old historic victorian in the Irvington Neighborhood of Indianapolis, it was a primary residence for a few years before relocating.

Bummer, so now I am looking at a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom (2 full 3 half) Victorian home for 190k.

(Basically gorgeous neglected Victorian in middle of beautiful town).

Also be aware of the square footage of the properties, as there can be a pretty large variance...also be aware of the styles as for instance a victorian rowhouse will likely have a higher arv than a federal style row house.There are other parts of Frederick you could probably flip in, but the smaller size of these downtown rowhouses really helps to cap your repair expenses since there is only so much you can spend in those small things.

So I found this great HUD Owned large 3 story Victorian Col on corner double lot, one block from waterfront n view from 3rd floor with open and enclosed porches,  in the best part of town I grew up.
