Your attorney general probably has a victim's fund for this if you contact them and ask.

Ask to speak with the duty agent and advise them they received a referral with additional concerns about RAD's operation from the SEC, that you're a victim of RAD and want to give them information about your investment. 

I would read the PPM carefully, and understand how the Syndicator is getting compensated. 

So he could be appointing his family members to represent investors and compensating them as he pleases.

Basing insurance price on past losses does not adequately compensate for the future risk which is higher.  

Where is vacancy, maintenance/cap ex, asset protection, PM (include it even if self managing as you deserve to be compensated for your efforts), utilities, misc.  

Let me explain....Once I learned what others in the group were being fairly compensated (also from Hunter), I quickly realized that I had left 7 figures on the table last year due to my lack of knowledge in this area.

Most people would rather spend or save their money, so someone who is willing to invest it should be compensated appropriately.

I suspect this will increase as the people who lost homes do not want to live in hotels and, as the high season approaches, the hotels will be less inclined to provide reduced rates to the fire victims.I hope no one from out of state decides to move to San Diego until this housing situation is stabilized.i wish all the fire victims the best and success finding replacement housing.  

In my market, almost all sellers are still offering buyer compensation so you could hire an agent hourly, pay them, and then the seller will also pay them comp on your behalf so it doesn't really make any sense to do and no good agents will do this in my opinion.
