Hey Jaycee thanks for the response.So far I've seen land at a minimum 130k, national databases estimated build costs to be anywhere from $120-200/sq ft & had a realtor supply comps for the building to be around 530-550k when finished.

A kitchen fire in the back unit got a little out of control and burned up to the roof.

I invite seasoned investors to share their experience buying their first 2-4 unit properties. here are some questions to base your response/story1) how did you find your first property ?

I'm acquainted with a couple of local investors, but would love to connect with others in the area (or nationally/internationally) with similar experiences and strategies. 

(Foreign to the state, not the nation)  Furthermore, they typically require you to have a registered agent. 

I think a community bank would be much more apt to put a deal together for you than a big national or regional bank like Huntington.

Best check if your REIA is a Chapter of National REIA.
